8 Days | This well known trek start from Chitral by jeep 3 hrs on Mastuj road for Owir valley cross the Mastuj river just below at Parpish. OR To go the other side via Garum Chashma (Hot Sping), which is separate on Shoghore consider as the center of upper Garum Chashma Tehsil. |

Day 1 | By jeep to Kiyar the last permanent village of Karim Abad valley 2 to 3 hrs drive (3132m). |
Day 2 | Kiyar to higher base camp of the Owir pass (3700m), it takes 5 hrs up to the higher camp. About 1 and half hrs below the base camp there is a place named Shetoo Chath (shetoo means buttermilk and Chath Means Lake), this is the one of the best camp side of the trek, from here tremendous view of Terichmir your right and spectacular view spot of Karimabad valley and over this valley you can be able to have a look of Durah pass which inter in to the Badakshan province of Afghanistan. |
Day 3 | Higher camp to the Owir passes to Owir valley camp at Mujan Junali 7 to 8 hrs or you can go down to the Gol Ghari 2700m. |
Day 4 | Gol Ghari to Shahbaronz four and half hrs over night stay here or carry on to the Ziter only an hour walk along with the water channel flat path just down to the Ziter and little bit steep up to the Ziter about 40 yards. |
Day 5 | Walk up to the Shokor Shal which was used as a base camp of Terichmir from front side before,4 and half hrs trek. |
Day 6 | Shokor Shal to over the south Baroon glacier to Ochanzokh camp here or late afternoon back to the Shokor Shal over night stay 3200m. |
Day 7 | Trek down to the valley stay overnight at Shabronze. |
Day 8 | From Shabronze Drive back to the Chitral town and three and half hrs a cross the Mastuj River at Green Lasht turns to the right towards Chitral. |
